Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a 50% booking fee. The booking fee has to be paid at the time of booking in order to be approved & secure your appointment. This applies to new and existing clients. All booking fees go towards your service. Booking fee is non-refundable & non-transferable after 1 appointment rescheduling.
All clients are in charge of booking, rescheduling and canceling their own appointments.
Due to liability reasons, I no longer go over other people’s work.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations not done within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, message me or contact me via call or text 989-482-8576. A fee will be processed if I’m not contacted within this timeframe.
Being late by 15mins or more will result in being rescheduled for a different time and/or day.
If you have had a no-call, no-show and would like to make an appointment in the future, contact me to book your appointment. Full payment will be required at the time of booking.
